We ordered the Pork Belly Combo and my husband said it was “the best food he’s had on this side of the water” since moving to Kitsap 7 years ago.
Outstanding! We had the kalua pork tacos, pork burrito, and the kid's meal with chicken adobo. I have to say, that was the best kalua pork & chicken adobo I've had, both on & off the mainland. We loved it all.

Sauced is the mobile culinary vision of husband and wife entrepreneurs, Mathew and Chelsea Ritualo.
Mat is a Bainbridge Island native who graduated from B.I. High School in 2008. Upon graduation, he moved down to Austin, Texas where he graduated from the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute of Austin in 2011.
He spent the subsequent years working an array of food-industry and corporate jobs. Tired of the long restaurant or 9-5 hours, and missing home, he finally convinced his (now wife) to leave everything behind and head up to the Pacific Northwest.
We are so thrilled to have the opportunity to bring our take on the traditional Filipino dishes from Mat's childhood alongside some of the foods we came to love from Texas.
